Veronique Palmer – Founder and Office 365 Adoption Strategist

Veronique has been running Lets Collaborate for 10 years with a total of 13 years full-time experience on 6 versions of SharePoint, cloud and on-premise.  She was voted 9th most influential SharePoint Expert globally by peer-reviewed voting in May 2019.  Her first project was to rollout SharePoint to 43 000 users; her largest client to date was 50 000 users, and smallest client 1 person.  Her company has engaged with over 150 clients and business partners in many industries over the years, giving her significant experience in getting businesses operationally organised using the right technology at the right time. Her background is business, not IT.  This has always been her differentiator in the industry as she has an excellent grasp of operational requirements, management and end user challenges.  She’s a big picture thinker and understands how business, technology and change management intersect and need to be strategically managed. Michelle Barker – SharePoint Automation Expert and Operations Specialist

Michelle is a 10-year SharePoint veteran and is our inhouse automation expert.  She has 25 years banking experience, her final position being an award-winning Global Operations Manager with 47 staff members before becoming a SharePoint Consultant. She built a SharePoint tracking solution in Nedbank in 2011 which is still in use today. Michelle has extensive experience on SharePoint versions 2007, 2010, 2013 and Office 365.  She understands the engines of SharePoint out of box workflows, SharePoint Designer 2010 and 2013 workflows, Flow, Nintex, InfoPath and PowerApps; and built extremely complex systems at many clients. She just built a huge Innovation Platform for our client in the UK using Flow, SPD and PowerApps.  Her focus in all things is the end user’s experience of any systems we build as well as operational efficiency. We call her the Queen of Custom Lists for her tenacity and ingenuity to make SharePoint lists do just about anything.
