Happened whilst trying to save a Site Page.  All changes lost.  Redid all the changes and saved them in stages, worked that time.

You may want to embed videos into your SharePoint site from Youtube etc, using the iFrame code supplied with the videos.  This is not allowed on SharePoint due to security concerns.  You would need code using Javascript and SharePoint Designer to make it work.  For the non techies out there, use a Page Viewer Web Part instead and adjust the size to show the video on the page.  Not pretty, but least it displays.
