SharePoint Business Governance Plan
MISSION : This company leverages SharePoint to facilitate the sharing of information across geographical locations and to encourage staff to share ideas and thoughts on keeping our company a cutting edge supplier. We welcome innovative thinking in using SharePoint to streamline business processes to reduce the time to market on our products.
This governance plan is applicable from 1 January 2011 and is binding on all members of staff. Any 3 violations of the governance plan will result in your access being revoked. You will need to submit a written motivation to the governance forum signed by your manager explaining your actions and why you believe your access should be restored. The final decision will rest with the forum. Please make sure you have read, understood and accepted the terms of the governance plan.
