SHAREPOINT GOVERNANCE WORKSHOPS

This 2 day workshop is a hands on session for the core SharePoint team / responsible person who are tasked with rolling out SharePoint to either their entire organisation, or large business unit.  At the end of the session you will have a team site, governance plan, training plan and support structure in place.  It can be applied to either 2007 or 2010.
 
It is crucial that business, IT and the SharePoint owner / driver be present for the full workshop as all parties need to work hand in hand to successfully roll out SharePoint in an organisation.

In this workshop you will get all the information that is in my head regarding the management and adoption of SharePoint.  It begins with an investigation into how your business runs, understanding what SharePoint has been positioned for, understanding the team and office dynamic, and mapping SharePoint to those. 

Outcome : Defined training plan, communication plan, governance outline, user adoption strategy.
